First time home owners (all men/women), holding valid CNIC, not owing any housing unit.

Financing Tenure & Amount

03 years to 20 years

Up to PKR 10 million

Financing Rate

5% Fixed

Markup/interest fixed for first 10 years.

Minimum Equity Requirement

10%

Minimum 10% equity requirement.

Size of Housing

House up to 10 Marla

Up to 2,720 sq.ft
Flat/Apartment up to 1,500 sq.ft

Co-Applicants & Max Loan

PKR 10 Million

Co-applicants allowed. Property can exceed PKR 10 million within the size limit.

Note: Minimum 10% equity would not apply if the property value is greater than PKR 11.1 Million to meet the maximum loan size amount.
