Apna Ghar Home Loan Complete Documentation Checklist

Mera Ghar Mera Ashiana (MGMA) remains one of the most accessible financing routes for first-time homeowners in Pakistan, pairing a government markup subsidy with terms designed for both salaried employees and self-employed applicants. For prospective buyers looking at Seventeen Villas, understanding exactly what paperwork the scheme requires can be the difference between a smooth approval and weeks of back-and-forth with a bank. This checklist walks through eligibility, the product’s core terms, and every document formal- and informal-sector applicants need to have ready.

Preparing Your MGMA Application

Most delays in MGMA processing come down to incomplete or outdated documentation rather than eligibility issues. Applicants who gather the correct paperwork for their income type, formal or informal, salaried or self-employed, before approaching the bank tend to move through underwriting faster and with fewer follow-up requests.
